The annual exams 2026, conducted by the Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, are being prepared at a rapid pace by the office. Under this, the principals of all designated madrasas in the state of Bihar have been summoned to the head office in Patna and the regional office in Purnia on January 6, 7, and 8, 2026, to provide necessary items related to the exams. This information was provided by Dilshad Mustaqim, Exam Controller, Bihar State Madrasa Education Board.

The Exam Controller stated that on January 6, 2026, at the head office in Patna, and at the regional office in Purnia, the principals of madrasas from Kosi and Bhagalpur were summoned, who were provided with admission cards for the Middle, Higher, and Maulvi exams, practical marks folio, unused copies of the Middle exam, academic calendar, and diary, as well as textbooks, under the supervision of Mr. Salim Parvez, Chairman of the Madrasa Board. He said that the Chairman himself inspected the distribution system and also gave various instructions to the officers and employees so that the principals from different districts do not face any difficulties.

The Chairman has also given special instructions to the principals to ensure that the Middle exams in the madrasas are conducted in a clean and transparent environment, and to fully follow the instructions given by the office regarding the exams, and to enlighten the madrasas with an educational environment.

Meanwhile, Mr. Abdul Salam Ansari, Secretary, Madrasa Board, said that all the designated principals of madrasas who have been provided with exam-related items should ensure that they are made available to the affiliated madrasas as soon as possible, so that the madrasas can complete their exam preparations before the scheduled date. Since the Middle evaluation is scheduled to start on January 11, 2026, and the Higher and Maulvi exams are scheduled to start on January 19, 2026. He further said that on January 7 and 8, the principals of designated madrasas from various districts will also be provided with all the exam-related items. Therefore, all principals from the districts should ensure their presence in the office on the scheduled date to receive the items.
