Patna: Under the ongoing comprehensive training campaign related to SIR (Special Intensive Revision) and Parental Mapping by the Imarat-e-Sharia, Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand, an important and useful workshop was successfully held at Madrasa Faiz-e-Aam, Jaganathpur. The training program was presided over by Assistant Nazim of Imarat-e-Sharia, Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand, Maulana Ahmad Hussain Qasmi.
The workshop began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Hafiz Parvez after Maghrib, while the duties of moderation were performed by Jamshedpur's Deputy Qazi-e-Shariat, Maulana Afroz Saleemi Qasmi. In his inaugural address, Qazi-e-Shariat, Jamshedpur, Maulana Saud Alam Qasmi, shed light on the importance of SIR, its social impacts, and the need for public participation.
Later, a member of the Imarat-e-Sharia Research Team, Mufti Qiyamuddin Qasmi, provided practical training to the participants through a projector and presentation. He explained complex issues related to Parental Mapping, Form 6, Form 8, and SIR in a simple, understandable, and practical manner, which directly benefited the participants. The participants also practically performed these tasks during the session.
On this occasion, a member of the Imarat-e-Sharia Research Team, Dr. Hafizur Rahman Hafiz, highlighted important points related to Waqf, stating that those registered Waqf properties that have not been uploaded to the Ummid portal should be uploaded by filing a petition in the tribunal, so that no legal difficulties arise in the future.
Mufti Qasmi and Dr. Hafiz provided satisfactory answers to the participants' questions and also provided practical guidance. On their instructions, a large number of youths and BLOs expressed their commitment to ensure public assistance in their respective areas through this training until the completion of SIR, which is a welcome move for Imarat-e-Sharia.
In his presidential address, the leader of the delegation, Maulana Ahmad Hussain Qasmi, said that in our society, whether they are Muslims, Hindus, or belong to the Adivasi community, a large number of people are poor and illiterate, for whom Parental Mapping and SIR are a difficult phase. As Muslims, it is our religious and moral duty to come forward and help every citizen, regardless of religion and caste, men and women.
He quoted a Hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him), saying, "The best among people is the one who is most beneficial to people." He clarified that Imarat-e-Sharia wants Muslim youths to play a positive and active role in solving the problems of the country's citizens.
Retired Master Haji Mahfuzur Rahman appreciated the timely and public welfare-oriented initiative of Hazrat Amir-e-Shariat, Mufakkir Millat, Maulana Ahmad Wali Faisal Rahmani, and termed it an essential need for all citizens of Jharkhand. He thanked Imarat-e-Sharia, organizers, and participants for the successful organization of the program.
The presence of a significant number of participants was a welcome sign, which was the result of the hard work, attention, and effective strategy of Hazrat Maulana and his companions. Notably, more than 14 BLOs and two master trainers, appointed by the government to train all BLOs, were present in this meeting and workshop.
