Zuber Ahmed has proven that he has the ability to fulfill this responsibility with utmost honesty, research, and academic insight. Zuber Ahmed's compiled trilingual dictionary, 'Pramanik Hindi-English-Urdu', is not just a collection of words, but a reliable reference to language, civilization, and intellectual tradition.
Regarding lexicography, intellectuals expressed these views while addressing the inauguration ceremony of the scientific council held at the Government Urdu Library's conference hall on Sunday.
Deputy Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council, Ram Bachan Rai, congratulated Zuber Ahmed Bhagalpuri for the trilingual dictionary, saying that while any institution can do lexicography, Zuber Ahmed has done this work with great dedication, which is commendable. He said that writing novels, stories, and poems is an interesting task, but lexicography and creating new terms is a very tedious job that requires patience, satisfaction, and endurance. Therefore, Zuber Ahmed deserves congratulations and encouragement.

By publishing Zuber Ahmed's dictionary, Raj Kamal has proven that Zuber Ahmed's academic work is of high standard, and no further certification is needed.
Director of the Urdu Directorate, S.M. Parvez, said that dictionaries play a crucial role in the development and promotion of language and literature. In the concept of language and literature, dictionaries hold the position of heart and mind. Dictionaries play an essential role in the promotion of language and literature. With every passing era, language and literature also undergo changes, and new words and terms are needed. Therefore, the importance of lexicography increases.

He continued to say that in 1970, Muhammad Yousuf Din Ahmed Bulkehi compiled a unique dictionary called 'Bihar Urdu Dictionary' in Dabistan, Azamgarh, which explains Bihari words and phrases. Ahmed Yousuf advanced this tradition by presenting its second volume in 1999. In 1972, Professor Kaleemuddin Ahmed compiled an English-Urdu dictionary. Zuber Bhagalpuri has commendably carried forward this tradition by creating a trilingual dictionary in Urdu, Hindi, and English. This is his significant achievement, which will surely be appreciated.
He said that entering the field of lexicography is like walking barefoot on rugged paths, steep alleys, and thorny valleys. Zuber Bhagalpuri has the skill to make his bare feet bleed. By solving patience-testing stages, he has accomplished a remarkable feat.
The compiler of the dictionary, Zuber Ahmed Bhagalpuri, said that a trilingual dictionary like this has not been presented before. He explained the dictionary's features, saying that there are many words we use, but their meanings are far from reality. This dictionary has strung these words like pearls, which are used in our daily lives and conversations, and has presented them in a better way. When you study it, you will realize how much people need this dictionary. Now the dictionary is before you.
