Tajweed and Qirat is a very important art, it is necessary to be familiar with Tajweed and Qirat to read the Holy Quran correctly, it is enough for the greatness and grandeur of this art that it is directly related to the words and phrases of the Quran. That's why this knowledge has been given considerable importance in Islamic sciences, from the early days to the present, there have been people in every era who have served and promoted this knowledge. Jamia Madania Sabilpur, Patna has also been paying attention to this aspect since its inception. In 1996, for the first time, and in 2003, for the second time, under the same mission and objective, the founder of Jamia Madania, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Qasim Sahib, led the organization of the All-Bihar Quran Recitation Competition. The beneficial effects of these two competitive programs were felt throughout Bihar. This tradition continues to this day in Jamia Madania, a formal department of Tajweed and Qirat has been established to further refine this art. Under the supervision of this department, a Quran recitation gathering was held under the patronage of Maulana Marghoobur Rahman Sahib Qasmi, Assistant Administrator of Jamia Madania, and the chairmanship of Maulana Muhammad Haris bin Maulana Muhammad Qasim Sahib, Administrator of Jamia Madania. A large number of students participated, and those who performed well were awarded special prizes by the department's supervisors, Qari Fiaz Wali and Maulana Marghoobur Rahman Sahib Qasmi. It is worth noting that Jamia Madania Sabilpur, Patna is a very famous and well-known institution in the state of Bihar. It was established in 1989 by Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Qasim Sahib, with the beneficial advice and prayers of the elders of Darul Uloom Deoband and Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind. The institution started its educational journey in 1990 with the education of four children of the affected people of Bhagalpur. Today, Alhamdulillah, it is performing religious, national, and educational services in the form of a movement. Education from Hifz, Diniyat, primary Arabic, Persian to Arabic sixth is imparted, a special system has been created for matriculation, under which a batch of students has also passed the matriculation exam. Every year, more than fifty students complete the memorization of the Holy Quran, this tradition is still ongoing. In the Quran recitation gathering, Maulana Minhajuddin Qasmi and Maulana Marghoobur Rahman Sahib also gave brief speeches, the meeting ended with an emotional prayer.
