Patna (ABN) Bihar BJP has got a new state president. Darbhanga MLA Sanjay Saraogi has assumed his post. The new state president was enthusiastically welcomed by the party workers at the BJP office. Many senior BJP leaders were present at the reception. Bihar BJP has got a new state president. Dilip Jaiswal was made a minister in Nitish Kumar's cabinet and in keeping with the 'one person, one post' principle, the BJP replaced him with Sanjay Saraogi as the state president of Bihar. Darbhanga MLA Sanjay Saraogi has also taken over as the state president. Preparations for the reception of the state president were going on for the last two days. The BJP office in Patna has a festive atmosphere since morning. Drums were played and a large number of women workers were ready to welcome him. As soon as Sarogi arrived at the party office, he was accorded a grand reception. Preparations to welcome the state president had been going on since morning. Workers and senior leaders were also ready to welcome him. Bihar in-charge Vinod Tawde, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Vijay Sinha, Mangal Pandey, and Dilip Jaiswal among other leaders were waiting for their President for more than two hours. Finally, when the President's convoy reached the state office at 3 pm, he was warmly welcomed by all the senior leaders. It should be noted that Samrat Chaudhary was made the state president after Sanjay Jaiswal, but when he joined Nitish Kumar's cabinet, he was replaced by Dilip Jaiswal. Both the leaders completed their term of only one and a half years. Now, in the changed circumstances, former minister Sanjay Saraogi has been appointed as the state president. He belongs to the prostitute community and was a minister in the government earlier. He was first elected from Darbhanga Speaker Assembly in February 2005. It is clear that as soon as Sanjay Saraogi was given the command of Bihar by the BJP, there was a wave of happiness among the workers and as soon as he arrived to take charge at the BJP state office, he was warmly welcomed by the BJP leaders and workers.
